Wibes CMS overview
We created the content management system Wibes CMS in order to offer customer-friendly solutions. Our CMS works with all contemporary browsers. In creating the CMS, we had the following goals:
Our content management software is user-friendly and reliable while providing many options. It manages articles, news, images, videos, products, etc. with ease and rapidity. Different parts of the CMS are interconnectable. For instance, the pictures once put in an album can be reused in articles, news or products without reloading.

Articles:
The articles module allows adding news, pictures, graphs, and links to your homepage. The menu is quite similar to that of MS Word or OpenOffice. All of the most frequently used elements are available. To each article you may add:
Albums
This is perhaps one of the easiest modules for the user. It allows uploading hundreds of pictures at a time. You just have to specify the name of the album you are creating and select the pictures. You do not need to upload the pictures to your homepage one-by-one. The number of uploadable pictures is unlimited. All of the pictures are cut to the sizes specified in the design.
Products:
The products module can be used to create an e-shop function on your homepage. But it is also possible to just give your customers information about your products. Different characters, prices, specifications, availability options, sizes, colours, etc. can be ascribed to products. You may also add an introductory video. The number of pictures per product is unlimited. Also, all the products are divided into groups. The hierarchy of the groups has an unlimited number of subgroups. Though, we do not recommend using a higher depth than 3 within the groups. If necessary, the module can be connected to the databases already used by the company.
E-shop
E-shop is for online shopping. It includes a link to the bank, the products modules, users and invoices. First the users need to register on the web site. Then they will be able to log in and start shopping. The company will have a database of the users which allows making phone calls or sending e-mails to them. After finalising a purchase, the administrator of the site will receive a reminder to check that the payment has been collected and to dispatch the goods. After every purchase, the system adds it to the purchases/sales database. This is necessary to send invoices or check the data.
